Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund, including delivery costs if you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order or within 14 days of returning the goods to us. Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition with all packaging and tags intact. To proceed with a cancellation, please contact us by email or phone with your order number.

For non-faulty items, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any risk of loss or damage, so we recommend adequate postal insurance. This policy does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed, in which case we will cover return costs.

Unwanted Items
If you decide to return items in good working order (for reasons such as ordering by mistake or suitability issues), please ensure the products are in saleable condition upon return.

Quality Guarantee
All Eco Heater products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for the term specified per product. If any item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve a full replacement.

Your Rights
Your rights to cancel an order and return goods are protected under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please note that our terms may change, and future orders may be subject to different terms.

None of these terms impact your statutory rights.
