Warranty Policy

Eco Heaters are covered by a warranty, with coverage periods varying by heater type and application. Please refer to individual product details for specific warranty durations. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the following terms:

Warranty Conditions
If a heater develops a fault due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it, provided that:

  1. Warranty Registration (if required): You have registered the heater under our warranty registration policy.
  2. Return and Packaging: You return the heater to us with prepaid delivery costs, ensuring it is properly packaged and insured at your risk.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You provide proof of purchase.
  4. Claim Form: You complete our warranty claim form and include it with the returned item.
  5. Photographic Evidence: You provide photographic evidence of the installed heater if requested.

Note: Damage incurred in transit will not be covered by this warranty.

Repaired or replaced heaters will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Replacement units may be refurbished or contain refurbished components.

If we cannot repair or replace a defective heater, we may offer a discount on a replacement at our discretion, considering the age, wear, and condition of the heater.

Exclusions
The warranty does not apply if the heater:

  • Physical Damage: Suffers physical damage, including damage to heating elements or covering.
  • Misuse: Has been misused, mishandled, improperly stored, or not installed/maintained according to our instructions.
  • Modification: Has been modified in any way or has had its serial number removed or defaced.
  • Non-Authorized Repairs: Has been repaired by non-authorized personnel.
  • Special Use: Is used outdoors (unless installed per outdoor instructions), in industrial/agricultural processes, or where water ingress exceeds the heater’s IP rating.
  • Electrical Compliance: Is not protected by an appropriately rated RCD, fused spur, or circuit breaker, or if the supply voltage is outside the stated heater input range.
  • Wear and Tear: Shows natural wear, such as discoloration from use, environmental exposure, UV radiation, or coastal air exposure.

Limitations
Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the heater. Eco Heating is not liable for consequential losses or secondary charges, including but not limited to:

  • Costs of removal or reinstallation,
  • Electrician inspection or professional fees,
  • Electricity fees or tradespeople costs, and
  • Damage to materials or property.

Legal Terms
This warranty is governed by English law. If any part of this warranty is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain unaffected. Your statutory rights are not impacted.

Please note: Warranty terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
