Eco Heaters are covered by a warranty, with coverage periods varying by heater type and application. Please refer to individual product details for specific warranty durations. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the following terms:
Warranty Conditions
If a heater develops a fault due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it, provided that:
- Warranty Registration (if required): You have registered the heater under our warranty registration policy.
- Return and Packaging: You return the heater to us with prepaid delivery costs, ensuring it is properly packaged and insured at your risk.
- Proof of Purchase: You provide proof of purchase.
- Claim Form: You complete our warranty claim form and include it with the returned item.
- Photographic Evidence: You provide photographic evidence of the installed heater if requested.
Note: Damage incurred in transit will not be covered by this warranty.
Repaired or replaced heaters will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Replacement units may be refurbished or contain refurbished components.
